Executive Chairman & CEO
An original founding member, John previously served as Executive Chairman from 2012 to 2015 and as Chairman and CEO from our founding in 2000 through 2012 and returned in late 2016 as CEO and Executive Chairman. John’s telecom career began with Bell Atlantic Professional Services, where he managed outside and inside plant services in the southwest United States. In 1997, he joined GTE’s Network Operations Center in Irving, Texas, where he supported Fortune 500 companies and provided broadband technical support services domestically. Following the merger of GTE and Bell Atlantic in 2000, John left Verizon to co-found Goodman Networks. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
President & COO, Field Services
Jason is a co-founder of Goodman Networks and a holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Jason previously served in several roles with Goodman Networks from 2000 through 2011, including VP of Federal Sales, VP of Support Operations and Chief of Staff. Jason rejoined Goodman Networks in late 2016 as President and Chief Operating Officer of Field Services. From 2014-2016, Jason served as President and CEO of Service Line Transport, Inc., a company specializing in shipping operations, aggregate hauling, and other transportation services for businesses and industries throughout Texas. As our COO, Jason brings a strong operational focus for growth and business excellence.
A respected business leader with more than 40 years of executive level experience including: development and implementation of high-level strategies, merger and acquisition integration, operations management, profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, and liaison between the board of directors and corporate operations. Extensive experience in national and global transportation, industrial engineering, inside operations and supply chain management. Growth, expansion and innovative thinking have led to these positions of increasing responsibility in all facets of business. Mr. Romanella led one of the largest rebranding initiatives in franchising history – The UPS Store, revolutionizing the 9 billion retail shipping and business service market. Recognized as a perceptive leader who navigates and guides cross-functional business ventures to define, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives for maximum value and profitable results. He is also the author of the book Tighten the Lug Nuts: The Principles of Balanced Leadership.
Mark Keiffer has just begun chapter two in his truly blessed life.  Born in Nashville, Tennesse, Mark grew up in Kellyville, OK.  There Mark meet his wife of 38 years, Tamara.  Mark and Tamara are the proud parents of three sons. All three are married and they are currently doing everything possible to spoil their two grandchildren. Mr. Keiffer earned his B.S. in Mathematics at East Central University in Ada, OK.  He earned his M.S. in Business Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Mark spent 30 years in a variety of operational and support positions at AT&T before retiring in 2012.  Mr. Keiffer began his AT&T career in Oklahoma City as an Engineer with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1982.  As Mark moved through the ranks at AT&T, he  held several key Executive positions across the AT&T portfolio.  He has served as President and CEO of AT&T Southwest, where he was responsible for operations in the Southwest region, including network, consumer, and business sales. He also held senior positions as Executive Vice President-Enterprise Business Sales and as Chief Marketing Officer-Business. At his retirement, he was President-Home Solutions, where he was responsible for AT&T’s consumer wireline organization. He led marketing, sales and service teams for all consumer products.
Sherman K. Edmiston III. Mr. Edmiston is a senior restructuring executive and has over 20 years of experience working with companies in transition. Mr. Edmiston was a Partner and Managing Director at Zolfo Cooper LLC from November 2009 until December 2015. Mr. Edmiston served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Xinergy, Ltd, a Central Appalachian producer of thermal and metallurgical coal, and previously served as Chairman of the Finance and Transaction committee of JL French Automotive Castings, Inc.  Mr. Edmiston is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Arch Coal, and Key Energy Services. Mr. Edmiston received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
